🛒 Ordering

A: Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once payment is complete.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for changes or cancellations. After processing begins, the order cannot be changed.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available for select locations in India on orders below ₹2,000.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Non-Metro: 5–8 working days

  • International: 10–15 working days

A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and SMS.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.

A: Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry and personal accessories are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.
